We also provided industrial design services to Uncii, a Colorado-based startup company that specializes in developing automotive rack attachments for sporting goods equipment such as the above ski rack. A local Colorado plastic injection molder referred them to us because the 3D CAD model they had was not correctly designed for the plastic injection process. We reviewed their 3D CAD model design to indentify the issues it had in relation to plastic injection molding, and provided new 3D product modeling to fix the issue.
